Brixton hats for E101

Working around the world in vibrant places like Mexico City and Paris are, of course, amazing experiences that expand both mind and ego. However nothing can replace the closeness one feels when connecting with your local network of business owners, activists and, in my case, salty sea locals. Encinitas 101, who represents the business owners of this downtown, South of LA, beach town have hired me to document and capture the locals. Brixton, which has stores all over America, makes quality, urban style clothes but they’re more famously known for their hats. I had no idea they do custom detailing as well. Thank you to the store manager Chase for facilitating such a great shoot in Encinitas along with store employees Mikayla and Andrew for allowing me to make models of them.
