Spec shoot because I love local markets and I’m always strategizing how to market their unique offerings. Personally I love to cook and I love trying new things but it can be intimidating to work with ingredients one has never heard of or seen. Especially when you’re busy and hardly have time to cook like most people do. So I’ve started shooting and preparing food from these markets to share.
